A Bit About Me

I started my career here in the US in the late 90's as a web designer. There was no UX Design or Product Design terminology at that time. So, to join a web design department at the company I was working at the time, I was handed a book on HTML, and if I could learn how to write an HTML code  then I can join the web design team. So that's how my journey in digital design began.

As the industry was evolving  so did all the designers, including me. And now, with over 20 years of experience in product design, innovation, user experience, software and web design, I help companies to design intuitive digital products and online experiences.

I thrive on tackling systems, sweating meaningful details and facilitating my teams. I focus on crafting solutions and impactful experiences that bridge business goals to users' needs.

Things I Love Doing

Disney Magic

I am obsessed with Disneyland; it has some magical powers for sure. COVID made it hard not being able to see Mickey in two years.

Adventure is Out There

I am always up to trying new adventures, some have been fun and easy, and some have definitely brought new challenges.

Pool is Our Second Home

I love watching and cheering on my kids at swim events, be it speed swimming, synchronized swimming or water polo. Chlorine is my kids perfume.

To Travel is To Live

I love traveling and exploring new places. I wish I had more time to do so. Someday, I hope to be able to expand on my travel dreams.

A Piece of Cake

I don’t do this often, but I love making custom cakes. The most challenging was the 5-tier cake for my daughter’s team celebrating 50th. And the most difficult was the R2-D2 cake with a suspended platform. Challenging, but well worth it.
